		<description>My first couple of bike rides to work (back at Eaton) made me pretty nervous as well. For me I think it was also the time factor -- when you introduce something like a commute to the middle of a standard routine, there&#039;s a lot more pressure to get it right, since you can&#039;t turn back really. I could make the same ride on a leisurely Saturday morning without it having nearly the same effect -- I could always turn around and go home. 

Of course my ride was much shorter than yours. And less busy roads. So, good job!!</description>
